Running an exe without source code which was compiled for cRIO-9004 on cRIO-9036

Hello

A customer has only the exe of a VI built for a cRIO-9004 controller. Is it possible to run the same exe on cRIO-9036 without any source code? If possible which procedure do I need to follow in order to do this?

my guess is no since they run different operating systems and have different CPUs. I assume the source code is lost?

Yes, the source code is lost unfortunately and we have no option for trial and error.

Hi cagil24 and others,

The cRIO-9004 and the cRIO-9036 have different processor architectures as well as different running operating systems.  Without the source code, there are not many options other than rewriting the source code.  EXE files are locked up and not editable after creation
