Power failure sbRIO

Hello,

I'm working on the sbRIO-9641, and this morning everything was working fine, and then when turning on again the baord there was no LED working and the board won't boot, also there's a sound (tick, tick, tick) coming from the board (I think it's coil).

I'am using a high performance power supply for the board, and everything was OK, I don't know why it failed.

Hello Maaloul

The power LED should be ON. If it is not, you could have a hardware issue and you could contact NI in order to finish troubleshooting and send it for repairing if it is necessary.

Please check manual on page 21 for LED indications. What status do you have?

Thank you Frank, all LED are off, no life, and (tick tick tick) sound comes from the inductor next to power supply input.
