teststand report file "missing sequence"

I am running my test software and the report files miss out one chunk of my test sequence. I have already checked the options in "Run Options" @ "Main Sequence" and also within the test step itself. Not sure if I have missed out any other parameters which I need to checked before the test result can be display in my report file. Cheers.

Is the missing sequence running as a new execution?

Yes, I am running the test software as a new execution. I am currently using Teststand 3.5.  From the attachment, I have shown that the run option for "main sequence" and the individual test step have checked the "record results" option. However, the test step which has been tested did not display the test result in the report file.
