Hello,
I have just had a PCB printed. The PCB was deigned using Ultiboard. Now that I'm soldering the components, I can't find a real switch that fits in the footprint generated in Ultiboard. The switch is SPDT switch from Ultiboard database, where it's called SW_S3P. I need to order a real component to be soldered there... but I'm really having a hard time finding one with the right pin spacing.
I have attached a picture of my footprint with size in mm.
Thanks,
Alessandro

Hi Alessandro,
Have a look at this page, select the "S3P" it's the best match I found for this footprint:
http://www.tme.eu/en/katalog/?art=S3P#id_category%3D100057%26cleanParameters%3D1%26
You should select a part is best for you project and then locate the footprint in Ultboard or built a new one to match with that component. Trying to order a part from the Ultiboard footprint library is not the ideal, the footprint name are generic and it could be for anything.

Thanks a lot for your help.
Next time I'll make sure to check the components before having the board printed.
