Activation for new softwear

Hello

I baught Multisim with ultraborad from super acedemic store about a month ago and after I updated the softwear and now the activation codes and the serial number are the wrong and not a multisim product even though National Istruments made the softwear. How can I get a hold of someone after hours to help me with this problem and get it fix?

 Can you please tell me which version are you trying to install and what is your operating system.Also provide me with the exact error message that you see.

Hey

I am running windows 7 and got 11.0.0 updated through the update to 11.0.2 and the error just says that National Instrament don't reconized the serial number. nor the activation codes NI provided with the e-mails after I register.

I have the same problem.  MS suite did an update to 11.0.2 on friday and it won't accept my activations codes or provide a new one.  It claims my serial # does not match my products.  This is a bummer since I needed to get a bunch of work done this weekend and NI is closed until Tuesday :-(..

There has been an issue for migrating the serial numbers which will be solved soon.Thank you for your patiance.I'll post updates as soon as the problem is solved.

Hi,

 

If you have to do the activation as soon as possible please send the following information to releasecodes@ni.com

-your name

-serial number

-computer ID

To find your computer ID:

Start>>All Programs>>National Instruments>>NI License Manager>>Display Computer Information tab>>Computer ID

My auto activation worked today, though it still does not accept my previous activation codes.

 

I received new computer ID codes and new activation codes.

I CAN'T SEND MY IDENTITY ( NAME, SERIAL NUMBER, COMPUTER ID) ON RELEASECODE@ni.com

I think Leila meant releasecodes@ni.com not releasecode@ni.com. There's an "s" in the end.

I ACTIVATE MULTISIM 11.0.2 FROM A LICENSE FILE. FROM LICENSE MANAGER, I INSTALL THAT LICENSE FILE. BUT FOR PERFECT ACTIVATION, NATIONAL INSTRUMENT STILL WANT TO ENTER ACTIVATION CODE. PLEASE HELP ME TO FIND OUT THAT ACTIVATION CODE Smiley Sad
