vi program for controlling bender element needed

Hi,
Can you please send me a vi program to control bender elements (transmitter and receiver transducers)in a soil triaxial test? I am trying to generate and receive S wave signals simultaneusly and measure travel time. I would be appreciated if any body send me the vi program to control my bender elements (GDS Inc). Thanks.

Hi,

I googled this transducer and it looks like you need to have a data acquisition card to acquire/generate analog signals. Once you have the card, you should be able to create a VI to analyze the signals. However, the DAQ card is going to need to a driver and hopefully VIs to control it. If you're using a National Instruments DAQ card, you will need to install NI-DAQ. If you're using another vendor's card, they will need to provide you with VIs or a DLL that you can access from within LabVIEW.

I've never used this particular transducer before. You can download the latest NI-DAQ driver here:

This driver includes the DAQ VIs that you can use to control the 6031E. As far as a VI to work with your particular transducer, I suggest that you contact the vendor to determine the type of signal conditioning and control needed to communicate with this device.
