ni 9237 sampling rate

Solved!
Go to solution

Hi All,

I am using a 9237 module for some load measurements. My experiments last along time and so I am generating a lot of data because of the minimum sampling rate.  I am having trouble setting an external timebase so I can lower my sampling rate to something more manageable?  Even just a sampling rate of 500 s/s would make a huge difference.

Thanks

Hi cannisbellum,

As per the 9237 Specifications the minimum data rate range (fs) using internal master timebase is 1.613 kS/s and using external master timebase is 391 S/s. The easiest option would be to sample at 2kS/s and decimate your data by 4. This can be done using either "Decimate 1D Array" or "Decimate (Continuous).vi".
