error -209836

Hello,

        I just installed everything without problem. Each and every NI hardwares can pass self-test. But this error -209836 popup for NI9375 and NI 9401 both when I tried to test in Test panels. Some one can help? thanks.

      My PC is with Win10 x64 pro.

Don't have labview developement.(Evaluation expired)
Just need hardware work for deploy a teststand project.

And reset NI-Max database didn't help.

Which code module type you are using in TestStand?

If you don't have a license for LabVIEW, you can try text-based programming like C, C# or Python.

It's labview base teststand project
And it can work on other PC with same configration. 
Can update NI-DAQmx drive fix it? higer version?
But my labview code is based on 2015😵
