NI-DAQmx v17.1 / cDAQ Chasis: NI9185 / NI9189 / cDAQ Module: NI9205

Our company uses an self deloped measurement software which could also work with NI Hardware.
In this reason I have to install NI-DAQmx v17.1. A newer version is not possible regarding restrictions from our software. 
For a new project I have installed the software on a  customer PC. This PC was preinstalled from the customer with Windows 10 LTSC Iot Enterprise.

Whereas the comisssioning we got problems with the NI System.

I assume that the customer PC is th ereason for the actual problem, in this reason I got the PC back for investigaton.

When I open NI Measuremen&Automation Explorer and start a simple measurement, with the default settings, i got the error -209836.

Used Hardware: cDAQ Chasis: NI9185  cDAQ Module: NI9205

The same result with Chasis: NI9189  instead NI9185

When I uses the chasis NI9181 the measurement is running without error.

I also have an laptop with Windows 11 and the same NI-DAQmx version.

With this I do not have problems to start mesurements, uninteresting form the used NI chasis.

Up to know I do not have had this type of problem since Windows 10 is available but we never used the IoT Version.

In this reason I installed Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 10.0.19044. I instaled no further updates and only Ethernet driver.

With this enviroment I got the same error.

So I assume that the OS ist not the problem and  Iam switched back to the customer enviroment with IoT all Updates and driver.

I also tested NI-DAQmx v17.6. with this the tests are NOK; with v19.1 it was OK; but I am limited to v17.1.

Is there are somebody which has figured out a solution without upgradind the NI-DAQmx Version?

Error -209836 at DAQmx Timing: The Devices in Your Task Cannot Be Synchronized

If none of the above work, I am afraid upgrading DAQmx driver version is the only solution.

Thank you for reply.
But we are not working with Labview, we have our own developed measurement software.
To update the driver from 17.1 to 19.1 will need recheck every situation before we could use in on customer side.
The develeoper denied to add a loop because this will influence te cycle time of our application; but I tried to start the testpanel measurement manually many times without success.
