Is there a manual that accompanies DAQmx for LV 7.1? I'm using a USB 6008 and am generating some errors in DAQmx. In the DAQmx Timing VI, I change the Timing from Sample Clock to On Demand, as suggested by Labview upon encountering (-200077 error), and then generate a different error (-200452). I don't know how to address this and would like to be directed toward some reference material for DAQmx. The example files don't seem to help because I generate the same errors in them.

Error -200077 is 'Requested value is not a supported value for this property'.  The error description should tell you the offending property and the range of values that are acceptable for the property in the given context.  Can you post the rest of the error message with this information, or, even better, attach the VI that reproduces the issue you are describing?

I found that the daqmxtutorial file (possibly located in C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\help) helped quite a bit. I know, I know: Read the manual. Read the manual. This particular MIO (USB-6008) can only write 1 Sample at-a-time, requiring the On Demand sample timing type . The tutorial very nicely walks one through setting up a DAQmx channel. This is where I discovered the err of my ways.
