Any ideas?
I even have uninstalled and reinstalled all NI software. It still does not work.

I have exactly the same problem when trying to install a 9233 and a 9215A both on 9162's through a 4 port hub on two different machines (a laptop and a workstation).
Once the problem has shown through the 4 port hub direct installation also fails with the same message on each available USB socket.
I deleted all the registry entries for the 9162 and uninstalled the DAQmx driver, rebooted and then reinstalled the 8.5 drivers and the workstation now operates both 9162's through the hub.
I followed the exact same procedure on the laptop to clear registry and refresh the 8.5 installation and yet it still shows the problem.
There are several other related threads with USB port errors during installation of more than one device but none seem to offer a different solution to the one that I have tried with the mixed results.
