I would like to know standard uncertainty of my PCI 6013.
when I have calculate absolute accuracy. what is is the confidence level?
,is it 95%?

Many variables go into the calculations of measurement uncertainty. Unless specified otherwise, it is always assumed to be at the 95% confidence level.
