Hello Dost,

National Instruments do a free IMAQ USB driver which can possibly be used but is not supported by National Instruments. The driver is potentially for use in LabVIEW however each VI (function) makes calls to various dlls which you can use from within VB. I am not sure how succesfully you will be here though. Anyway, here is the link to the driver:

http://venus.ni.com/stage/we/niepd_web_display.DISPLAY_EPD4?p_answer=&p_guid=ED6942DF78E34659E034080020E74861&p_node=DZ52490&p_rank=&p_source=Internal&p_submitted=N

You maybe able to use this driver for your camera, but check the supported cameras here:

http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/websearch/89E33B77CFE244E986256F8E004E0F13?OpenDocument

Regarding displaying the images, the functions for the driver or your driver will return an image which you can display in a VB control. Measurement studio will not help you here.

Hope this helps.

Kind Regards

Hello Dost,

This driver is produced for LabVIEW but uses the C alling conventions.

I have attached a word document that details all the functions and the dll etc so you should be able to call this from within VB however, VB is not supported and I cannot give support on the issue I am afraid.

Hope this helps.

Kind Regards, Steven Bird.
