We use your PCIe-6323 version of your NI IO board, and some customers have had very frequently re-occurring database corruption errors which require us to get access to the PC remotely, use NI MAX to reset the corrupt database.
What is causing this? It doesn't happen all all systems, and if it does -- usually a single reset of the database corrects the problem.
However, we have a few customers are experiencing database corruption issues every two weeks (or less) causing great concern.
Has anyone seen this issue before? Is it a known issue? Is there a way to permanently correct the problem?
