No. IMAQ is only for NI framegrabbers and generic interfaces like firewire and GigE. NI does not create drivers for other framegrabbers.
However, if you use the drivers that come with the card, it is frequently possible to bring the images into LabVIEW. Once you have them in LabVIEW, you can manipulate them using the Vision module.
