Send image to other PC

I receive image from WEB-camera to my PC.

I want send this image to another PC.

How do it ?

Below are two documents which discuss this issue.

Transfering Images with DataSocket

Streaming IMAQ Images Over a Network (or Internet)

The second document is a bit old and leaves out a the critical piece of information mentioned in the first document.  The IMAQ image type is a pointer and not the actual image data.  You need to flatten the image to a string and pass the string instead of the pointer.  You can also convert the image to a 2 dimensional array or save the image to a jpeg.  The key here is that you do not want to transfer the IMAQ Image datatype to your computer but rather the image data.

What version of NI-IMAQ and LabVIEW do you have?

This might be a version conflict.

Aleksandr,

You mentioned that you are using a web camera.  It is probably either a firewire camera or a USB camera.  You will need to modify these examples so that they use the appropriate driver VIs for your camera.

So... replace all of the IMAQ driver VIs with the appropriate counterpart for which ever type of camera you are using (either NI-IMAQ for IEEE 1394, or NI-IMAQ for USB).

How can I transfer color image to B/W image?
