As before, I'm having a hard time understanding what it is that you are really looking for.
Earlier, I didn't talk about the ROI, I personally was talking about finding the center of the hand. That would be done by thresholding the image, doing a patternmatch and then some form of caliper on the hand find distances where the center could be. When you say perfected with training, one of the limitations of VBAI is that it is not a trainable program. Maybe you misinterpreted when I said through lots of trial and error. That is a lot of you testing, but not necessarily teaching the system what to do. A minute difference, but also a large one at the same time.
When you say 'having multiple line and all' were you referring to what Gige said? or what were you talking about?
