how can i use ni vision to finish meter vision, I have see the example of Labview, but I really need a "meter.scr"  to deal with the impage.Thank you very much.

   In the example ,how to finde the needle, the contrast of the impage is changing, so I think it cant use threshold, I can find the base of the needle, and the last location of the needle, but when the needle is moving ,how can i find the location , should I use pattern matching,or shape matching to find the needle?

Hi there,

Depending on the version of Vision Development Module you have there is a process/function for adaptive threshold.  However better still it might be worth trying to use the meter vi's in the following pallet (picture attached)
