Upgraded 4.5.1 B19 to 5.1. Now having system crashes or system will not restart after shut down. Anyone else having problems with this combo? Loopback test shows com port fully functional. HAve gone back to 4.5.1 and system working fine. Op sys is win2K SP4.
I saw that you posted this a while ago. Hopefully, you found the fix provided by NI on the FTP site for Lookout. If not, you can find the fix for 5.1 on the FTP here.
As a informational follow-up to this question...We are using the Alternator object in this application which had given us problems before in 4.5.1. NI redid the altern.cbx file (again) and provided to us. The system appears to be operating okay now.
