I am runnning Lookout 6.6, and I created some Adobe Reader Active X controls so users could view pdf files from within Lookout. It is working fine on the client verison, but when I went to export the web server files I received the error shown in the attachment.
This active x control is listed in the "recommended" active x controls in Lookout, and the Lookout 5.0 release notes said that the "recommended" active x controls COULD BE used with the web client:

Is this no longer the case? If so, is there any other way to display pdf files from within Lookout 6.6?
Thanks!

I was able to use the WebBroswer ActiveX Control to accomplish this task.
Problem solved!

I thought I had solved the problem when I used the WebBrowser Active X control, but I now have another problem. With the WebBrowser Active X Control in my process file, I can export the web server files, and when my clients download the necessary files everything works fine.
However, when they close the web client and reopen it, they are prompted to download files again (it says 100kb, but it appears to go through the entire download of files again), and this behavior continues every time they reopen the web client.
I removed just the WebBrowser Active X Control from my process file and the behavior stops, i.e., no more prompts for downloads each time they open the web client.
I am running Windows 7 64 bit and Windows XP on my web client computers, and the behavior is occurring on both.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
