Logger Object creating multiple data points.

I have a logger object that logs a datapoint nightly at 11:59 pm. The problem is that it seems to be logging two points every night. Its LogNow is set to a TimeOfDay timer that turns on at 11:59 pm and has a duration of 1:00 minute. When I query the logged object, it returns two data points for each day, both with the same time-stamp, but the first point is always 0 and the second point always has the actual value. The logger object is connected on data1 to the object it is tracking and as I mentioned before, the LogNow is connected to a TimeOfDay timer. What is/could be causing this? I have a LOT of these loggers that are all doing the same thing.
