I have recently installed Lookout for Win32, Version 6.7 (build 49153) on my work computer.
My work computer is a Windows 7, 64 bit operating system, Service Pack 1.
When I try to change the Administrator password by double clicking on the 'Administrator' in the lower left corner, select 'Change Password' and then place a password in it, and click 'OK' it says the password has changed. However, when I log off the Administrator and then try the password, the new one I entered doesn't work, but the previous one (from when it was installed, which is blank) works.
If I try to going to User Manager, and double click on Administrator, and then enter a password in the dialog box and then select 'OK', I get an error message saying 'Could not change the properties of this user'
I have administrator privileges on the computer that I am using, but it seems like Lookout is not allowing to change the password for the Administrator account any longer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
John Blaser

Go to Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Shared\Logos\, right click on usrmgr and select Run as Administrator. See if it works.
