Hy to all . I'm begining to realised how complex is labview ...i'm new in programming in labview so i need your help .. i try to make an program that can capture an image from my USB webcamera, but i don't know very well and the driver problem is worst ! I had already read this topic about avicap32.dll . I fave an project to do , so i need someone to help me ?!
I need un program that can see my USB webcamera that have un botton that can capture a picture , something that learn the path to the save picture ( i don't know what is called ... something that i can give the path to un folder and remain that way ) ....

Something like that ! To understand what i am saying , i will tell you that i read all about and i try all the programs from forum.ni.com , but nothing works ! I need a webcam.vi program in Labview 8.2 because my all project(i graduated automatic faculty ) is in labview 8.2 . I made un program in labview 8.2 that compare some object , so i need this program to see my driver webcam to capture and save a picture where i want !
I have labview 8.2,8.5, 9 ...in labview 9 , the program that you sugest to me give me an error when i try to save him for labview 8.2 ! 😞

Thank you for trying to help me . So , about the http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/2-hours-finished-the-webcam-program/m-p/906890/highlight/true#M40866... is working for me , but only in Labview 8.5 or higher ...
I have download from this forum some webcam program and i save it from 9.0 to 8.2 ..it seems that it works for me : it see the camera , but when i want to snapshot the picture , it gives me this error :
"Error 1172 occurred at Error calling method System.Windows.Forms.IDataObject.GetData of NULL ObjectId, (System.ArgumentNullException: Key cannot be null.
Parameter name: key
) in webcam_fernando_saveas.vi
Possible reason(s):
LabVIEW: A .NET exception occurred."
