I don't know how to make my commands refreshed during the execution of my program.

You will need to be more specific than that and to post your code.
I also suggest that you read the LabVIEW user manual and that you try searching this site and google for LabVIEW tutorials. Here is one you can start with. You can also contact your local NI office and join one of their courses.
