unable to access shared variable programmatically

hello i have attached a project file where i have created 2 shared variables when i try to access them programatically im getting this error " Error -1967362038 occurred at Read Variable in Untitled 1.vi IAK_SHARED: (Hex 0x8ABC700A) Not found. " can anyone tell me where im going wrong ??

im having trouble in attaching the project file but still if anyone can try it since its a very common problem i guess

found the solution

didnt deployed the library file containing shared variable

so after deploying the library file i was able to access shared  variable programmatically
