Anyone have any experience with touch osc and labview? It seems very useful.

Yes.  There are a few interesting tricks you can do with it, such as pseudo multitouch GUI controls.

You may want to take a look at the NI OSC Library for LabVIEW on the LabVIEW Tools Network.  It includes a shipping example that works with the TouchOSC app.  I've used it for robotics applications where you can drive a mobile robot with a smartphone.  There is more info on the OSC community page.
