timmer interrupt

Hi to all,

              I am makeing the program in that i have the num control if i put 2 it mean the interrupt will come after every two sec in between the program will do their process. How in comes i havn't find any timer interrupt.

                 Basically i am communiation the labview with my controller i am checking all the parameters in the real time and also need to data log some of the parameters for that if i put the "Wait Until Next ms Multiple" then i can log the data after every 2 sec but with this my system is waiting for the 2 second and i unable to get the other patameters for that i need the timer interrupt after every 2 sec the labview enter into that function and conplete that process then again it come to the main function.

I had slove the problem by using the "elapsed time".if there is any other method please tell so that i be update.

Hi there,

I know it's been long time of this last post and it's also solved but, I'd like to ask you for the .VI file. The one you posted is from LabVIEW 9 and I still have 8.5. Could you save that file compatible with earlier versions or re-upload it in JPG or something like that? That could be very helpful forme!
