synchronize two timed loops

I want to ask if it is possible to realize.

1. Run -> Monitor data (first timed loop) by analog input (AI) for 10 sec with some executions in 2nd timed loop .

2.  Digital output(DO) transition is fired to 2nd loop -> Monitor data by AI for 10 sec.

The 2nd loop (producer) control  the 2nd loop's queue to the first loop (DAQ)  

The transition by DO is important to my purpose.

Can I synchronize 1st and 2nd timed loop immediately after the digital edge transition?
