swap axis programatically

Hai! Can anyone plz tell me how to swap y-axis programatically?I know to do it in edit mode by right-clicking on graph and selecting swap sides but i want it programatically.

You cant do it programmatically directly; but can do alike what Indrajit has done, using 2 charts/graphs.
