script error in measurement & automation explorer

Hi, I have tried to configurate cRIO 9012 using MAX but always obtain a script error and I can't work with my device.

I hope you can help me, there is a print screen.

It looks like you did not setup your IP address. Try setting up your IP address on the cRIO in the devices. Right now it show as 0.0.0.0

Which version of MAX are you using?

Is this the first time you try to configure a cRIO controller in that machine?
