sample labview online projects

I have looked at the sample of Control Mixer Process and Tank Simulation before. They are the Control Panel only, is there any way i can open the function panel so that i can learn more?

I don't know what you mean by 'Control Panel only' and 'function panel'. A LabVIEW VI consists of a front panel where the user interface is and a block diagram where the code is. The shipping examples have the block diagram available and you can go there by selecting Window>Show Block Diagram or pressing CTRL+E.

Thanks for your help. I would like to show pressure vs flow rate chart/graph. Which function can i use? waveform chart or plot xy.vi??? 

For "waveform chart", the x - axis is normally based on time, is anyway we can change it?

A graph or chart is used for regularly sampled data and the x axis can be either time or number of samples. A chart is used to plot as data is acquired and a graph is normally used when all data is acquired. An XY graph is used for irregularly sampled data or to plot one quantity versus another. A normal XY graph would be plotted when all of the dta is available but you can use an XY Graph as a chart. There is a shipping example called XY Chart.
