rt palette error

good evening I'm a student who is approcching to this world. I'm trying to do an rt vi on rio but when i create the vi no function palette shows up.

the rio and module are the preexisting ones from labview.

another problem I'm meeting is that when I try to open the fpga on a new vi, outside the project I cant select the fpga vi from the "configure fpga references".

I'm hoping someone can help me understand what I'm doing wrong.

I'm attacching the images of the "errors" and problems.

Is the Real-Time module installed on your computer?
