How can I remove the right click mouse action in the front panel when I am running an ecutable application?

Try the G Toolbox (http://www.geocities.com/gzou999/) as this has a range of comprehensive mouse handling functions, including the Mouse & Keyboard Events.vi which will allow you to trap right mouse clicks.

Try VI Properties>Window Appearance>Customize and deselecting Allow Run-Time Shortcut Menu.
