Did you mean:

"The requested feature is unavailable on local host".

When I tried to open Labview 7.1 after I installed it on windows 7,  this error message appeared, "The requested feature is unavailable on localhost".

I tried to reinstall it, run as administrator and change compatibility mode to windows 7, etc..

I think I tried everything that I could do but I still cannot open it..

Please someone help me~

LabVIEW 7.1 is not officially supported for Windows 7, but there has been some luck with this issue in this thread from a few years ago.  I'd give these workarounds a shot and see if you can get it running.  Alternatively, you could upgrade to a newer version of LabVIEW or use a machine with an older version of Windows to be officially supported.

Good Luck!
