can we build models for power electronic switches like DIODE, SCR, MOSFET and IGBT? if yes how can we built it? and give some examples if you have. it will help me for my application of realtime modelling of power electronics converters.
I suppose you could, but that is not really what LV is generally for. There are many packages out there that really focus on that type of simulation -- some are even free. There is a simulation toolkit for LV, but I haven't used it very much so I don't know if it would work for you.
