play audio samples

How can I play audio samples (a part of a wave file for example).

There is a whole section of sound VIs located in the Graphics & Sound -> Sound part of the Function palette on your diagram. The Snd Play Wave File VI will allow you to play an entire wave file; to play part of it, you'll have to use some intermediate VIs to get the array of data to play, and strip out the parts of the array you don't want, and then just play the remainder.

Thank you for your answer but I already try it. In fact my question was not enough clear.
I need to play samples from differents rate, I'm working about speech and most of the time, the rate of the file is 16000Hz, the sound VI from National instrument don't allow a rate different from 8000, 11025, 22050 and 44100...
