File I/O palette Open/Create/Replace File
But I'm guessing you want to know more than that. What is a "picoimage" file? Why are you trying to open it in LabVIEW? What do you want to do with it?

Thanks for your reply.
The attachment is an example of picoimage file. But i cannot open it in LABVIEW.
The file is the data i had measuring. And it is formed by LABVIEW.
The control system is Labview. So i want to analyze the file in Labview, too.
Can you help me read it?
Yours,
Sincerely.

No. It come from a software base on Labview, and it maybe saved by integrating the measuring data.
