peak detection in a loop

I d like to measure amplitudes of peaks in my signal while i am using a waveform chart to plot my signal. Is that possible to use the peak detector in a loop? actully when i run my VI my waveform chart works, i have a great signal with peaks but i do not have any values in the array of peaks.Thanks for your help!

Make sure you have chosen and wired in a threshold value for the peak detector VI.
