Hi PCKOST,

I saw a CAR in 8.0 that was not reproducable and so it was not fixed. However, your post is vague. What version of LabVIEW and the PDA Module are you using? What device and what operating system are you deploying on? Can you post the VI so that if it is a bug I can submit it to R&D please? Thank you!

Hi Spephani! I am using LabVIEW 8.2. Here are the vi's. I am using the Pocket PC 2003 SE Emulator. I also ran an example vi: "Waveform Graph-Pocket PC.lvproj". In the example the cursor legend seems to be there, but its image has changed to just give X and Y cursor components. I cannot see what I am doing any different. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi PCKOST,

The first thing that stuck out at me was the the example program uses a Waveform Graph and you are using an XY Graph. You can also just work off of the example or copy it into your VI. Please also remember that unless you have at least one cursor created, the cursor legend will not show. I am going to go ahead and report this though because I am seeing what you are seeing and this isn't the expected behavior. Let me know if the Waveform Graph helps. Thanks for pointing this out!

Thanks for the input Stephanie! One other thing I noticed about the example program is that there is a control that becomes visible once you  run the program in the emulator. It appears right above the cursor data. I cannot find it on the block diagram. Did you see this when you ran the example?

No problem PCKOST! I actually did see the same thing. It looks like the OS on the Emulator is misinterpreting the Cursor Legend. The control is the cursor type which normally you would select by right-clicking on the image of the cursor in the legend (see the attached image). I went ahead and filed this as a bug too. Thanks for pointing this one out too! 🙂
