Judging by how much difficulty you have had just posting to the forums, your Google skills are probably lacking. Just search for 'arduino onrwire'. If you can't find numerous hits, you are doing something wrong.

because there are no good response and there is not an example that works correctly with one DS18B20 sensor with labview.

You just don't understand. You FIRST have to program the arduino to read the sensor. That is the part you have to get working. After that, reading the arduino with any serial program is trivial. You don't seem to have even tried.

I found a DS18B20 program for Arduino, and he didn't even worked with Arduino, so I preferred to use directly LIFA_base program Arduino and Arduino library in labview directly as at the end of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SM_c0cN-Kgs&feature=player_embedded

It’s you who will not understand my question and give me some answers that are not clear, if you think it's easy to do what you are saying give me an example that works. if not it's better now not to talk and let your remarks to you.

Lifa is obsolete and the sketch does not support the sensor. You are not understanding the role of the arduino in this. I'll be glad to leave this all to you.
