I have developed a software in which I look for the hardware that is installed using :   
..... nisyscfg.lvlib\initialize.vi   
..... nisyscfg.lvlib\Find Hardware.vi   
..... nisyscfg.lvlib\close.vi   
but when I will create the. exe requests me a password that I don't know. What can I do?

I sounds like your build spec is trying to remove/ change the Password of the block diagram on some of the library vi's

unless you know the password you can't remove it or change it.

I have the same problem.  I found that if I select "Cancel" when prompted for the password for these vi's (I have to do it several times), the build completes and the executable works fine.  It's quite annoying, however.  It would be nice to know why these vi's are password protected in the first place.  I am using LabVIEW 8.5.
