modification in numeric control

I want a logical pulse " 0 - 1  -  0 " on each click (increase or decrease) of numeric control, please help/guide me. is it possible by customize the numeric control or there is other method for this.

Have you gone through the training material at the top of this forum? That is a good starting point. What you want to do can be easily accomplished with an event structure triggered on a value change event on the numeric control.
