menu ring scroll bar width

I had not used the developer exchange before.  I may still not have used it correctly.  I tried to post my suggestion, but cannot see it on the exchange.  However in my user profile it shows up as my most recent post.  Odd?

I will get back to this latter after I find the post abou the ini file settings.

With the right ini file setting the scrollbar can be edited using eh control editor.
