I am trying to overlay my realtime GPS coordinate chart on a map image,

 

I have set the chart background transparent, however when I overlay the tow figures, the map is always on top, hence block the track line, any suggestions?

I managed to make the chart be on top, however it seems that the chart background is not truly transparent, it completely block the map image.
