It would help if you could provide a bit more information. It's not part of the regular LabVIEW distribution. Are you using some toolkit, DAQ board, instrument, or what? Have you any idea what it's supposed to do or what program requires it?

Of what meter? Make and model? I'm still forced to do a bit of guessing. It kind of sounds like you're trying to use an instrument driver. A "u" suffix with an llb for most of the instrument drivers indicates a utility library that is downloaded along with the main library. If you are trying to use an instrument driver, where did you download it from? Please provide more details than "I downloaded it from NI". There are thousands of drivers and it's not really possible to search through all of them.

Thanks Dennis,

I just take over other person labview code and there are some files missing. My project includes a HP 3478A DMM and Agilent 3646A power supply.

Hi Dennis,
yes, I am using the instrument driver but this driver file was not included in the NI standard library CD

None of the VIs in the drivers for those instruments call any VI in any library called vkwt20xu.llb. If you have functions in your version of either of these libraries that are calling VIs in a different library, then someone has modified them. If you have functions in your main VI that are supposed to be a library called vkwt20xu.llb, then it's possible that this is a custom library created by the person who started the project. It's also possible that the llb was downloaded from a vendor's site for a different instrument. In that case, I can't help unless you know something about a third instrument.

You should be able to download those instrument drivers from the NI website.  Go to www.ni.com, and search for those instrument model numbers.  Look for downloads and/or drivers.
