what  are the limitations of labview?

That depends on what your definition of "limitations" is.

What "number of samples" are you talking about???

 

You need to be much more specific when asking questions if you want useful responses.

i am filtering noisy(white noise) sine wave.

when samples and input frequency are increased does it have any impact on the output

It depends on what filter you are using.

The amount of samples out are the same as the ones in.

The output frequency would be dependent upon the filter. (i.e. if you filter out the frequency you put in)

 

I recommend reading about filters and noise, and reading through the other posts you've had.
