Did you mean:

latch delay feed back?

I have been out of this thread for a while but without changing the way the PLC is working, this problem sounds a lot like;

"Training a monkey to stand up a block, while another one is constantly knocking it down. It does not matter how well you train the monkey, the block will still get knocked down!"

Train the monkey to NOT knock it down and you have a chance.

This was for an assignment?  😮

The main thing is to learn Labview..  😉

@Ray: actually was not required within the assignment, just tried to do the little extra. To learn Labview ,-)

@Ben: yes it is (the monkey thing) but may always be possible to find a solution...

Hi Ray,

its not over yet, more to come next semester.
Maybe I will solve the thing one time...
Labview is not really meant to control PLCs anyway, would like to do some filtering... Build speakers myself, got to measure them, active crossovers.....

Later,

Steffen

I wouldn't say that 😉

Maybe Ben could add something to that, since he's the Expert. 🙂

As for filtering, modeling, design verification and testing, Labview can do all that.,...  and more..

Labview can be used to write video games, drive cars autonomously, control a city's water supply and septic system, guide robots into any application, play music, play some movies, control instruments, carry out tests, provide all sorts of User Interface, do intense math functions, communicate between PC's, publish VI's to the web, and the list goes on..  😉

With flexibility comes complexity.

With cRIO and cFP you can do most things but I'll grant you some things are harder and aren't available yet, "Re-Load code on the fly".
