laser beam

Hi,

I am trying to make 2-D guassian-fit laser image profile by Labview. But
there are too many factors to consider:such as windowing, threshold choosing,
background masking,etc....
I am wondering if there is any tools for beam analysis avaliable?

Many years ago, I wrote a very simple demo to fit a 2D gaussian. Maybe you can use some of the code. See attached, LabVIEW 7.1.

Simply unzip everything into a new folder and run the toplevel VI 2DFitExample001.vi. Let me know if you have any questions.
