After looking at your previous posts, I have a couple suggestions. Are you able to ping the test computer on the port you are trying to use? Is this port open in both systems firewalls and any hardware firewalls that may be on your subnet? I would recommend as Eric did earlier, to use the TCP/IP VIs or example programs, not the Instrument Control ExpressVI. It was intended for GPIB/Serial/LAN instruments, not pier-to-pier computer communication.
