Hello, my name is Carlos Augusto, I have a problem, I tried to install  the toolkit for arduino but I couldn't and appeared this error message, I need to know, how can I   resolve this problem? or what is? this is the picture that show  the error message, thank you very much.

Labview 2013 for 64 bits, my computer is HP Pavilion g4 Notebook PC, I have  Windows 8 and other forum said me that forum Labview  could  help me.

Make sure "localhost" and "127.0.0.1" are allowed access in the VI Server settings in LabVIEW.
